1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposited amount is placed into a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance can at any time be subject to a withdrawal request according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals of the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings are withdrawable once the wagering requirements of the bonus are met. Progress on the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed from the bonus balance count towards the wagering requirement of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game contributes differently to the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table and live games 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum time to meet the wagering requirements for bonuses is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash and bonus balances, it is a "mixed bet". In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum stake allowed when using a bonus is INR 10 per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be cancelled.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is INR 300.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels any free spins on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game's dedicated display window once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site's server. This happens in real time; however, the display may only be able to update after a short delay. Regardless of the amount shown in the game, the server-side jackpot amount at the time of the win is the prize that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payout equal to or greater than 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days for processing.
5. General bonus rules

5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may result in cancellation of the bonus or related winnings.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as using the Martingale method, the Paroli Betting System, or Bonus Hunting (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may lead to the cancellation of related winnings.
